A hard run after a tough swim. I set off running at a cracking pace, but had pressed the wrong button on the 910xt so have had to estimate the start distance and time. After a mile or so I got quite a sore stitch and had to slow down, it went away after a few minutes. I was running without socks and initially the tongue in my left shoe was hurting for some reason but it sorted itself out, but after 2.5 miles ish I could feel a hot sport on my left heel, and have a sore blister there now.
